RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURES

At GirlFriendz, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 12 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. 

  • Timeframe: Returns must be indicated within 12 days of receiving your order

  • Condition: Items MUST be unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached

  • Packaging: Returns should include the original packaging

Your shopping experience with us is always our first priority. Please contact our customer service team for any additional questions or concerns regarding our return policy. 

 

Mailing Tip

We recommend using USPS flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Girl Friendz will not be able to fulfill your return.

Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are NOT refundable. We do NOT provide return shipping labels.

 

   We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Girl Friendz reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers’ orders made on www.girlfriendzboutiquetx.com at any time due to:

1. Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"

 2. Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.

3. Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
