All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE

 

Because of the nature of the business, and health safety,  no returns or exchanges,

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 


 We honor returns if damaged within 7 days of receipt.  We check items carefully before shipping.  If there is a mistake in size or wrong item within 24 hours of processing, please call or email us and we will fix your order.  Orders can take up to 7 to 12 business days to process with USPS. 

 

Mailing Tip

We recommend using USPS flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Girl Friendz will not be able to fulfill your return.

Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are NOT refundable. We do NOT provide return shipping labels.

 

   We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.

Girl Friendz reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers’ orders made on www.girlfriendzboutiquetx.com at any time due to:

1. Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"

 2. Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.

3. Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
